Speaking of which, no housekeeping service was provided during my 3 night stay. I don't mind low floors and wasn't expecting much given the rate I booked. For a little under $100/night all in, it was a fine place to stay. I'm rating this on the basis that I received a great rate in the middle of the week which is significantly cheaper than on the weekends.

The other 3 made do with what was there, I just left disappointed and hungry. Extremely poor selection, very poor taste/preparation and poor presentation. The dessert bar also v very sparse, unless you like key lime pie, which none of us did. Salad bar was only positive as nothing looked wrote or brown, but again, just salad no potato salad, no tons salad, no macaroni salad. We went for Thursday night dinner and at 6:45, the entrees looked like they had been there quite awhile. Seafood, shrimp and crab legs were both extremely overcooked. Outside of fried to an absolute crisp fried chicken and several types of sausage, meat was no where to be found. First the selection was minimal and I mean minimal. Entering the buffet I was excited and looking forward to a good meal. The hotel is very plush, the facilities, other than the casino itself, are very nice and very upscale. Hotel/casino sells itself as a touch of Vegas.
